A tribute to the style and sustainable conscious returnees. Behind the elaborately crafted wooden entrance door hides its own little world, a haven of peace, in the midst of the surrounding nature.






Davies & Brook - Claridges London
Davies and Brook, named after cross-streets at which the legendary Claridge’s hotel sits, is the first London restaurant from Chef Daniel Humm, notably of New York City’s Michelin three-starred Eleven Madison Park. The interior design was created by NYC-based design practice Allied Works, who previously collaborated with Humm on Eleven Madison Park. “Everything we did was to try to fill the room with light,” Designer Brad Cloepfil explains “Everything we did was to try to fill the room with light.’’





The Connaught Grill - London
The interior design was overseen by architect John Heah, and includes wooden details by the esteemed George Nakashima Woodworkers in Pennsylvania, who created bespoke panels, tables and chairs for the restaurant.

Blue Bar - Berkeley Hotel -London
The most atmospheric room in the Berkeley, is the Blue Bar designed by the late David Collins and then updated by his ongoing design studio. The walls are covered in 50 shades of the colour entitled’ Lutyens Blue’ named after Sir David Lutyens, the original designer of the rooms wooden panelling.

The Connaught Bar - London
Textured walls in platinum silver leaf and a cool grey bar set a stylish tone. Designed by the late David Collins, the bar evokes English and Irish Cubist art of the 1920s, with a touch of timeless elegance. The Connaught Bar has been named ‘The Best Bar in Europe’ in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2019.
